The new faces of protest
The New Review asked me if I would Portray some of the people behind recent student protest in a studio session. I suggested we should do it in the style of "The Family". portraits of the most powerful politicians in the USA commissioned by the Rolling Stone Magazine in 1976. The Indy agreed and they all received the Richard Avedon treatment.
A hint of political symbolism (and don't worry: I know Avedon is the better photographer).

The Laundry

A helpful team of laundrette ladies gave people an instant restyling that the police fashion hounds were not able to keep up with.

Tried that in front of a mirror?
